Amazing organization ❤️ Will there be a PTG 2023?!

GLOW was so honored to be able to help Mr. Willie Bowles during his courageous cancer battle. He and his family were so gracious, and it was a joy to help in even a small way.

Willie’s family called me up and wanted to not only do a windshield memory card for Willie, but also a $100 hole sponsorship in his memory.

I realized today that I made a total boo boo, and I left his beautiful daughter’s name off the memory card on Saturday.

I communicated with his family today and they were completely gracious and understanding and extended me nothing but love and grace. 💕

In loving memory of Willie Bowles
Carla, Heather, Andy, & Adam & families ❤️

Putting on an event is no small task.

Cliff View made our event possible and went above and beyond to make it go as seamless as possible for our first rodeo.

They were brave for taking on a dozen girls who did not even know what in the world “two flights” even meant and being a huge part in the success of the event.

Thank you to the Sponaugles and Manns and the entire staff—bartenders, golf cart drivers, front gate workers, and beyond.

Their entire staff was helpful and accommodating and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. 💕⛳️

We had a great time with this event and hope to see it grow each year! You gals are amazing and your commitment to this cause and helping people in the Alleghany Highlands is truly inspiring! 💝

People’s Bank came in clutch for us at the eleventh hour when I sent out an SOS for swag bags! They not only provided us with swag bags but also a swag haul and some raffle items!

Thanks so much!

We went out with a bang thanks to Jen & Bob Mann—Serenity Property and Farms, LLC—over the top donation of fireworks!

Can’t thank these two enough for all the hard work they put into making this event successful!

1st Annual Hittin’ Balls for a Cause!

Our bodies are wore out, but our hearts are so full.

If you were there at the awards ceremony yesterday you got to experience a little bit of the JOY that comes from being able to bless someone who is going through one of the toughest times in their lives.

I don’t have it down to the penny this morning, but thanks to all of our generous sponsorship, our golfers who came out and supported us, as well as everyone else who came out yesterday, it’s looking like this event raised close to $15,000.

Y’all are simply amazing,
This community always steps up. Always.
You blow me away.

Thank you so much to our vendors who came out yesterday. The bbq was amazing, the tacos were amazing, the fish was amazing and the Icees were refreshing!
Shirts the GLOW crew were wearing were made by Appalachian Designs and it may be our favorite shirts to date! She rocked them out!

Thank you so much to Cliff View Golf Club & Brewhouse. We were proud to hold the event at your beautiful establishment and look forward to making it even better next year.

Thank you to all the volunteers, some part of GLOW, and some who jumped in to help because they are just awesome humans. We couldn’t have done it without you all.

The real winners of yesterday’s event are the men and women who will receive these gifts of love to help them through their battle. Thank you everyone who made that possible.

Cancer doesn’t send an invitation. It doesn’t ask if you’re ready for it to come over. It’s inconvenient and unwanted.

Our journeys change us, connect us, and help us to encourage others. That’s why we are here.

Thank you for all you do to help make our mission possible. 💕

Thank you so much for all you do for our community and those that have to fight this horrible disease. You helped a young lady born and raised here with her battle last year Clair S. Dilley and we are forever thankful and grateful for your support during our darkest hours💛🙏💛

Pink Tie Group continues to go above and beyond in order to bless those fighting this ugly disease. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for deciding to bless my Mama, Debbie Jackson Fraley, this year. My cup/her cup/my family’s cup runneth over ♥️

Great event! I’ve played in a lot of tournaments. You would never guess this was the first one you all put together. Thank you for a great day! Loved seeing so many people together, laughing and having a great time. With so much division and outright hatred in the world today, it is always nice to see small town communities working together for a good cause.

This tournament was amazing. Thank you so much for letting my family and I pay it forward by helping. We had a lot of fun and can’t wait to help out again. Words cannot express how lucky our community is to have such an organization like this stepping in to help out where there is a need. The Reynolds Clan knows first hand what a blessing The Pink Tie Group is when cancer knocks you down. You all rock!!

Love everything everyone did, very thoughtful!❤️
